Li-Lo's out again, Kelly O's hospital visit, Brody's too, and Justin's accuser speaks

Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail, already. She clocked in at 8:48pm last night to start her 30 day sentence and was back out by 1:30am. (Hmm, just in time for last call!)

Speaking of getting out

Scary weekend for Kelly Osbourne had to go to the hospital Saturday night because of a head injury. She was at a party when she got a mysterious hit to her head. She’s said she kept passing out after that but doctors have given her the ok to leave the hospital. Now how does a reality star work an injury to her benefit?!? Well Kelly tweeted to get the details on how she got hurt you have to watch Kelly’s mom, Sharon’s show. Which I will not plug again here! Odds are she tripped and hit her head.

Speaking of getting banged up

Apparently, Brody Jenner has no problem stepping into a cat fight to defend his…um, Avril Lavigne. Rumor has it Avril was getting pounded on by a couple of girls when Brody stepped in and got clobbered with a bottle. That lead to a trip the hospital for treatment for the gash on his head and of course documentation for the lawsuit that’s sure to follow.

Who knew Justin Bieber’s “Baby Daddy” accuser was Mischa Barton’s sister? She’s not but Mariah Yeater probably has a better chance at proving she’s related to her than her baby is to Justin.
